Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. It is the right of every citizen to vote for their values!

    1) While this is a unique election cycle, if we don’t stop accepting two poor choices we will continue to be taken for granted.

    2) Between now and November a lot can still change.

    3) It is each candidate’s duty to earn YOUR vote, if they do not respect our values we should not vote for them.

    4) We have to leverage how close this election is in order to create change that improves our future by:

    a) protecting our civil liberties.

    b) stopping unqualified support for genocide and wars that waste American resources which would be better used at home.

    c) demanding that our leaders restore our standing with the rest of the world by pushing for policies that match our rhetoric when it comes to conflict, human dignity and international law.

If we don’t we don’t demand change now, will we ever?

  • No, we are working to make sure that IF Trump is re-elected he will be a lame duck president, meaning that he would be limited and only able to do the least amount of harm to our nation. We will do this by ensuring that he has real and staunch oppostion at every opportunity from the U.S. House and Senate.

  • If that was universally understood or true, this election would not be so incredibly close. In fact Harris has been neck to neck with Trump in the vast majority of polls.

We often tend to only think about a Harris term by contrasting it with a potential Trump victory. This is not the whole picture. We must also ponder what lessons would Harris take away from a victory given her time in Biden/Harris administration and failure to differentiate herself from Biden’s policies?

Would a Harris Administration be more hawkish when it comes to war? If her campaign rhetoric is to be believed, yes she would.

Would Harris be less concerned about our civil liberties if she is elected in spite of the current administration’s record on this most important topic?

Would Harris change course AFTER the election even though she has ignored the public and still won?

  • No, we are asking you to vote split-ticket with the aim of getting you the information you need to vote against ANY politician (Democrat or Republican) down ballot who prioritizes other nations’ interests over our own, and/or who have worked against our collective freedom and civil liberties.

At VoteBlueExceptYouKnowWho we plan to go beyond just the POTUS race by adding: pro-democracy, pro-civil liberties, as well as state and local election resources to empower you to break the duopoly.

HOWEVER, right now we have to focus the majority of our attention on preventing the worst possible outcomes in November because we believe that a second Trump term would lead to many negative outcomes for all Americans.

Finally, we hope to empower even better candidates in the 2026 midterms as our movement grows!

  • This MIGHT be true when it comes to Ukraine.

However, Trump did not address U.S. troops in Afghanistan, breaking a campaign promise, he green-light disturbing military arms sales, and his administration initiated the Abraham Accords which is widely seen as major contributing factor to the current crisis and slaughter in Gaza.

Trump also dramatically increased drone strikes overseas, supported the slaughter of Yemeni civilians, called for more aggressive military action on Iran than our own military leaders, AND has promised Miriam Adelson that he would allow Israel to annex the West Bank which would certainly cause further escalation in West Asia.

Finally, Trump’s consistent foreign policy rhetoric has been very hawkish towards the West Asia and irresponsible towards Europe.

  • We want to reach as many like-minded people as possible. We welcome all people who are upset about being forced to choose between Trump or Harris. We are focused on stopping our nation from enabling further war crimes, and protecting America’s civil liberties as we believe these two issues are critical to securing a brighter future for us all.
